I myself struggle with being healthy just to be healthy and not to fit into a certain style of clothing or simply to look good. And I'm pretty average in size and have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I enjoy my food and my walks and even my elliptical machine (I would prefer something else, like playing soccer or doing yardwork, but small children who need naps and lousy weather often prohibit such things).<br /><br />Exercise done right should be just a part of enjoying life. Good food is to be enjoyed, not avoided.<br /><br />It seems like most people think there are only two options: dry, boring food eaten out of duty and necessity or full-out gluttony. What about good food eaten until you're sated?<br /><br />I hope these new ideas aren't a sign of things to come with this school.
